Steven C. Juanillo
Steven Juanillo is a seasoned general manager and project engineering manager. Steven has over 20 years of experience as an Automation Engineer working with Robotics, Automation Integration, in many, diverse industries. Steven has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. Steven is an expert in industrial Automation, Robotics, Systems Integration, IT analysis, methods and automation systems testing. Over his career, Steven has established numerous Automation Systems Software programs for many different industries and manufacturing companies. Steven is active in Industry Society and currently serves on the IUPUI Advisory Board; is a member of the ISPE GL chapter, and is leading a Task Force on Production Quality Automation Systems Component Communication at PK USA for Data Deviations. Steven is a Senior Consultant for several major companies (Elanco, Subaru, Allison) and in this role helps companies implement Automated, Integrated Quality Production and Robotic Systems into their MES and management systems and validation programs. Steven currently helps companies reassess their existing IT programs and improve the operations of their Automated Manufacturing Operations.
Robert R. Lennon
Bob Lennon is a seasoned general manager and project engineering manager. His current position is President, with DAKSWAN, Inc., a robotics automation company. He is an engineer with over 30 consecutive years experience in the fields of aerospace engineering, power generation, plastics compounding, pharmaceutical production and engineering programs, start-up, systems commissioning, qualification, validation and automation. He has extensive project management, design and materials handling engineering and test execution experience with a wide variety of systems and equipment. Mr. Lennon holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Temple University, an MS from Missouri State University and an MBA from Rockhurst University. He holds two US patents for power boiler equipment. Bob has been an ISPE (International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers) member since 1997, is currently a Director for the Great Lakes Chapter and contributed as a co-author of both the ISPE Good Practice Guide on Maintenance and the ISPE Good Practice Guide on Good Engineering Practice.
